Here is the advice this entire page exists to deliver. Every regulated platform verifies the identity of its players, ourselves included, under Curaçao licence number OGL/2025/5191/1556. You submit an identity document and proof of address, typically a recent bank statement or utility bill.
The question is not whether you do this. It is when. And the difference in experience between the two options is substantial.
Day one versus withdrawal day
Complete it immediately after registration and it costs ten minutes at a moment when you have nothing else pending. Two documents uploaded, then you carry on playing, and by the time you want to withdraw the account has long been approved. The withdrawal proceeds without an intermediate step.
Postpone it until you win and the sequence inverts. You request a withdrawal, and only then does the review begin. Now you are locating documents while impatient, possibly retaking a photograph because a corner was cropped, and waiting for assessment while winnings sit in your account. That is precisely the moment when each day feels long.
The process is identical either way. Only your mood differs.
Where uploads usually fail
- Cropped corners: the entire document must be visible, all four edges included.
- Poor lighting: photograph in daylight, without a flash reflecting off laminate.
- Outdated proof of address: documents older than roughly three months are generally not accepted.
- Name mismatch: the name on your documents must match what you entered at registration.
- Payment method in another name: deposits and withdrawals must use accounts held in your own name.
That final point causes the most disappointment. Deposit using a partner's card and then attempt to withdraw to your own account, and the request stalls. Use your own payment instrument from the outset and the situation never arises.
One further point about accounts: create one, not several. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted, and it is among the few things that can lead to a balance being frozen. If someone else in your household plays, they register separately with their own details and their own payment method.
If you have read this far and want to begin, the first step is the form and the confirmation email.
